Our Story

We’re Trevor & Isabela — a husband-and-wife team based in Blaine, Washington, and the people behind Peas in a Pod Detailing. We started this business because we saw how frustrating it can be to keep up with a clean car. Between work, kids, and everything else going on, finding the time to drop your car off somewhere (and wait around) just isn’t realistic for most people. So we built something different — a mobile detailing service that comes to you and makes the whole process simple.

How It Started

Before starting Peas in a Pod, we were customers ourselves — and honestly, the process wasn’t great.

Finding someone who understood what your car actually needed, showed up reliably, and charged a fair price wasn’t easy. On top of that, the whole experience felt more complicated than it should be. At one point, we looked at each other and thought, “This could be so much simpler.”

So we decided to build something better — a detailing service that’s straightforward, dependable, and easy to work with.

Why We Do It!

A clean car isn’t just about how it looks — it changes how it feels to drive it. It’s getting into your car in the morning and not seeing yesterday’s mess. It’s not worrying about when you’ll have time to deal with it. It’s one less thing on your plate. We love being able to take that off people’s to-do lists and leave them with something that feels fresh, clean, and taken care of.

Rooted in Our Community

From the very beginning, we knew we wanted this business to be about more than just detailing.

We’re proud to be part of the Whatcom County community, and giving back has always been important to us.

Over the years, we’ve:
• Sponsored local events like the Blaine 4th of July, Harvest Festival, Spring Block Party and Harbor Lights
• Supported school fundraisers and safe graduation events
• Partnered with local organizations for giveaways and community events
• Donated free detailing services to people going through a tough time

This community has supported us from the start — and we’re always looking for ways to give that support right back.
